Rental in Stan Creek area

Long time traveler to Belize. With the advent of Covid, my employer has moved to a permanently remote work environment. My experience with WiFi in Belize has been well sketchy. when i was on the mainland it was just ok. I've been on Ambergize caye a handful of time and it was always poor at best.
I'm know looking to rent for 6-8 month in the Placencia (Stan Creek/Maya areas) and I'm looking for any information regarding:
1.) How reliable/dependable is the internet WIFI services
2.) Reputable Real Estate/rental agent

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
