Black Man And Family Moving To Columbia

Good afternoon. I am an African American man living in Detroit, Michigan. I am looking to expatriate to south america in the next few years. I would like to get more information on how blacks are treated in Columbia specifically.

I also have the following questions, and any insight that you could offer would be most appreciated.
What places in Columbia are cheap to live in?
What areas of Columbia have low crime ect.?
What is the education like in Columbia; is it on par with the USA?
What is the process of becoming a citizen of Columbia; is it expensive? How fast is the process?
