Most family friendly areas of Bogota?

My wife & are contemplating a move to Bogota w/ our kids aged 5 & 3. Seems like the north side of Bogota has best areas to live & wanted to ask this forum for more specifics as to the most family friendly areas w/ the best schools, housing, parks, safety, etc. Detailed & granular replies would be most appreciated.

A few reasons for the move such as having our kids learn Spanish & experience first hand Latin culture similar to our upbringing. My wife & I are native speakers but are having a hard time teaching our kids Spanish living in California. Professionally, I plan on expanding our medical repair business to Colombia.
