- You may write a paper check from your Wells Fargo account and present
it at a local financial institution.
- If you have a debit card linked to your Wells Fargo checking account, you may request an over-the-counter cash disbursement advance from your
account using your card at a local financial institution (fees may
apply).
- Customers in certain countries can request a check in foreign currency
to be mailed to them. For more information about the Foreign Draft Service, please call us at 1-800-678-4653, option 3. Bankers are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Pacific Time. You may also visit our website at

- If you have an international account at another financial institution, you can have your local financial institution issue a letter to Wells Fargo at the address below, requesting funds to be sent as a collection
into your international account. The letter will need to include your notarized signature and the International Swift Code of the receiving institution.
