Is Colombian work visa tied to sponsoring employer

I would like to find out if a Colombian work visa obtained through a work contract ( Tp-4 ) with an employer will oblige me to then actually stay working for that employer for the length of the visa or if it is possible to switch jobs once i have gotten the visa ?
Also the website of the " Ministerio del exterior ", under the list of requirements for a Tp-4 visa, does not mention that i need to supply proof of a degree in the field i am hired for, is that correct ?
