Washers/Dryers in Medellin Apartments?

Getting closer to moving to Medellin for at least a few months. I was curious as to whether apartments in Medellin (say the $300-$400 per month range) often have washers/dryers. I've been looking at the listings on a couple sites, and very rarely do I see a mention of whether the places are equipped with washers/dryers.

Absurdly, I haven't had a washer/dryer in an apartment in many years, here in the US, so it's not at all a case of "I'm used to my washer/dryer in the U.S." ha
