Debit card with chip not working in Bancolombia.

Just curious if anyone else encountered this. My old debit card was a Master Card without a chip. I recently received a new Visa card WITH a chip. It works in Citibank and ATH (Banco de Bogota) but doesn't work in Bancolombia after many attempts. At the point where it says it's working on my withdrawal it beeps and a couple three-digit numbers appear in the upper left corner of an otherwise blank screen. Just curious if anyone else has run into this problem.
