Tax Responsibilities as Retiree in Columbia?

I'm trying to sort out what the tax implications will be for me if I choose to retire to Medellin, Colombia in the future.
I'll be very straightforward here,
I am a single female planning on living on nothing more than a Social Security Income and a small savings.
Will I have to pay taxes TWICE?
To the Colombian Government AND here in U.S?
It's my understanding there is no double taxation treaty/agreement between these two countries, so are all retirees living in Columbia paying 2 separate taxes a year?
Anybody know how this works?
Thank you!
