sending medication to Colombia

I am trying to send a package from the states to Bucaramanga. Does anyone know if you are allowed to send over the counter medications (tylenol, pepto bismol, etc.)? also, any recommendations on a company to use for international shipping? I was just gonna go with USPS... any advice on mailing "care package" type of boxes welcome
