Common law marriage and a Prenup

Good afternoon I've read through some of the past posts and they've been helpful.
I have a couple of specific questions.
I believe that after two years of cohabitation your relationship is considered a common law marriage?

If i spend 182 days a year(12 month rolling period) or less in Colombia and support a person and their kids that would also qualify as a common law marriage?
I assume that would be true.

I have a question about the prenuptial agreement before that 2 year of support consummates.

Can a paralegal construct a prenuptial agreement in Colombia?

And does anyone have a recommendation for either a paralegal or a lawyer that does this kind of work in Antioquia?

thanks so much, apologies if these questions have been answered
