Personal Defense in Kingston

My company is moving to Kingston, Jamaica in about 3 months the United States. I am very excited but also trying to find information on personal defense. I have 20 years of martial arts experience (including weapons training), I have 2 different concealed carry licenses (from different states) and I carry various items for personal defense on a regular basis. I would like to stay completely within the law, but I am having a hard time finding specific information concerning this topic in Jamaica. What weapons are legal for a private citizen (or expat) to carry for personal defense? I understand that without a permit I cannot import/carry a gun. I understand that pepper spray and other items listed in the Offensive Weapons Act (http://moj.gov.jm/laws/offensive-weapons-prohibition-act) are also illegal.

Questions:
Can you carry a expandable baton?
Tactical pen?
Tactical Flashlight?
Fixed blade night?
Folding knife? (what length)
Other Legal Weapon?

Again, it is not my intent to operate outside the law, (or even the purview of this forum) but I am a very security conscious person. I would simply like to explore the safest way security for my wife and I during my multiple year stay in Jamaica.
