Offer from a TIER 1 IT MNC

Hi,
I have got an offer from a Tier 1 IT MNC located in KL, Malaysia. I have 6.5 yrs of experience in SAP field and the employer is offering 70000 RM PA. Its on a permanent basis.
I am married and no kids. They are offering Insurance for both of us. Please advise whether is this enough for a couple to stay for a decent living in Malaysia. I checked the Tax rates and was pretty confused with it. So advise on the tax rates as well, accomodation, eateries etc.
