i am a retired american citizen who entered Malaysia w/o passport or entry stamp.
my american passport is expired but i can go to the usa embassy and get a new one.
... i am here illegally ...

i must return to usa for medical treatment.
i request advice on how to handle Malaysian immigration.
what should i expect from immigration.
