Relocating From The Caribbean To U.S (Florida)

Can anyone help me with proper info on how to go about relocating from a Caribbean country to Florida? And also about working in Florida?
I am a 26 banker with 5 years experience mainly in Customer Service & Personal Banking.
I would appreciate ANY assistance I can get with this because so far from my own research etc it seems like a lost cause.
