Need a hotel room for 3 nights

We've got a major water system repair coming up tomorrow at our complex and need to get out for 3 days because we'll have no water. Trying to find an inexpensive place that us gringos would like.

Visited the Express Inn just east of Coronado. It's okay and it might have to do - $65/night incl. breakfast. Anyone ever use it? Comments?

We are very close to the Gaviota in Coronado and we know the folks and food are good there. Anyone ever stay there? http://www.hotelgaviotapanama.com/index-1.html Any comments on the rooms? Price is $48.50/ night.

Any other low cost gringo style hotel rooms around Coronado or west of here for about 20 km that might be suitable?
