Weather in May/June Panama City to Bocas del Toro

We're planning a trip to Panama for late May to June 5, 2015. I'd greatly appreciate hearing about typical weather. We plan to drive from Panama City with stops in interesting places. Then we'd like to stay in Boquete and Bocas del Toro.
We're in love with Panama and want to see how it's changed since 2000, when we were last there. If anyone has suggestions about must see places, we'd much appreciate it.
As nature lovers, we also seek ecotourism guides who are bilingual. Thanks for the help.
