Blue Cross Blue Shield Panama Xtreme Care

I'm curious if any expats here have experience with the Blue Cross Blue Shield Panama Xtreme Care insurance plan. (Or BCBS Panama plans in general.)

It's catastrophic coverage only, which is appealing to me as I'm in my 40s, healthy, and still have full coverage insurance in the United States. I'm not really concerned about paying regular medical expenses out of pocket. So if any expats have a different plan along those lines to recommend, that's also appreciated.
