When you apply to get Vietnam Visa On Arrival, we will proceed and send you the approval letter via email. Then you use this approval letter for boarding the plane and get the visa stamp at Vietnam International Airports. So, if your personal information on the letter is incorrect, the Vietnam Immigration Officer at the airport will not allow you to enter Vietnam.

To avoid these errors and help you have a nice trip in Vietnam, we create this article. Please attention to our advices as below:

1. You do NOT check the personal information carefully:

After applying visa online with us, please check your mailbox to make sure that you provided exact personal information for us like: full name, birthday, nationality, passport number, the arrival date, port of arrival,…

The approval letter will be sent to you via email within 2 working days (normal service), 4 – 8 working hours (urgent service), 30 minutes – 4 working hours (emergency service). After receiving it, you should check carefully and inform us if your letter have errors.

2. Misspelling the personal information:

This error often meet when you type your name or your passport number incorrect. For example: I ( I instead of L ). We recommend you should write your name or your passport number in capital. It’s the best way.

3. You do NOT print the Visa Approval Letter before arriving Vietnam:

The approval letter should be printed before your trip. If not, you can meet trouble because the internet may be not available, or able to find where to print at Vietnam Airport.

Please note that when you have any errors on your approval letter, please contact us to correct it as soon as possible. We are 24/7 to support you.
