Mutiara International Grammar School
Kuala Lumpur
Malaysian, following British curriculum
age 3 to 16
Most go by bus or driven in
Very limited. Small playing field shared with next door school. Basic labs. Little play area for big children. Junior and senior school on same site so very cramped. Classrooms very functional.
It's been ok but little help in transition. Mainly local children come, so pupils just have to get on with it
No PTO whatsoever.
Look very carefully and look up other reviews on the internet which go into much greater detail than I can. 'Allo Expat is an excellent one for getting a feel for the school. It is a "little secret" because most pupils don't want to be there if they could afford going to a better school!!!

Many find that the noisiness, dirty city streets and dangerous driving conditions can be a challenge. Where you choose to live makes a big difference in lifestyle as well.
