Move to Abaco

My wife and I are planning on retiring to Treasure Cay , Abaco part time. Is there any type of clinical medical coverage we could buy to cover any small (no overnight hospital stays) expenses. Any major expenses we would like to be flown back to the states where our Medicare Insurance would take effect. Also how would one go about purchasing any emergency flight insurance back to the U.S.?
