Does anyone know a home inspection profesional who could inspect a property at Lake Atitlan?

We have found one but he is unavailable and we are in a pinch. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank You

Hi
Can you explain what you mean exactly, as this word is not used in Guatemala not in other countries?! Do you mean a surveyor, or you just need a real estate person to asses the property. Where is the property exactly too?!
We might be able to help or recommend someone.
Best wishes

I have found that it’s very uncommon there. I know only one American there who is qualified.

Basically they check the plumbing, electricity, construction, structural integrity, the sewage, and roofing. Is it made of pine or cypress, etc.
