8 out of 10 people (I am one) will choose Playa Dos Rios for future retirement. The property is huge with about 2km of continuous beachfront, the drive from the airport to the property is about 10 minutes, close to a big town, plans for all amenities not to mention a golf course and the price is right.
Evaluate carefully. The value is there now....might not last long.
