Moving sale--nearly brand new furniture

I am moving out of HK and have furniture for sale (nearly brand new, great for setting up your home in HK, but a fraction of the price you would pay in store):

1. one high-quality mattress (76"X54")
2. One black leather chair (adjustable, good for working or relaxing)
3. one Sanyo 21" LCD TV + one DVD player
4. household and kitchen items incl. vacuum cleaner, intelligent water boiler and rice cooker, other cooking ware and dish wares, etc.(things under 4 could be given for free with the purchase of items 1-3)
