Working in Ireland

Hello all, I am interested in working in Ireland for a while. I am a 29 yr old male I haven't hadn't had much luck in Boston so I am trying to go somewhere to explore something new and also try to make some money in the process.

I have worked in London before but I here that Dublin is a great place and want to try something new. I have been on Bunac and other sites but don't seem to have luck finding jobs. I would prefer a job in Business Administration since I got my MBA a couple of years ago. Can anyone give me any advice?
