Details

On the 5th & 6th of March 2011 will take place the fourth edition of Madagui Trophy, the Adventure Race organized by Viet Adventure and sponsored by the natural juices Le Fruit.
While modern life is all about comfort, a key step to success in Madagui Trophy is the opposite: getting comfortable with being uncomfortable. In Madagui Trophy, athletes can be tired, disoriented, dirty and scratched up. But the beauty of this true jungle race is in overcoming the adversity and finding your way to the finish line. This cannot be achieved without a team effort. The two-day endurance race, which places emphasis on camaraderie and nature, will start with an orienteering race prologue in and around Cat Tien National Park.
Ever conscious of the environment we live in, Viet Adventure has teamed up with WWF to help you help the forest and the deforestation, by financing a sustainable agro-forestry project. We all have a responsibility to limit our personal impact on global warming, so here’s your chance to make your sport challenge a more ethical one.

Race:

• Team of 2 racers
• 3 skill levels: Adventure, Extreme and Ultra
• Disciplines:
o Mountain biking in primary forest
o Jungle running in an incredible wildlife
o River swimming with surprise obstacles
o Orienteering race
