I am in Jordan I lived here since august last year as my fiancé is from here. I thought it was only me to have all those horrible feelings of anxiety, depression, frustration etc until I read an article on here that a lot of others experience the same. It was sort of a relieved feeling to know I am normal and not going crazy lol. Though sometimes I thought I was just being here lol. I can say having lived right in amongst the culture and benefit of my fiance's family it's sure been an experience. The most advice I would recommend is to learn some or most of the language it's one of the hardest barriers.
