Can't get seltzer on the Island of Stone money

It's one of those minor nuisances living here in Yap, FSM: I can't get a bottle (or two) of seltzer water!
In case you think it's really primitive here; they have an ATM machine (at the local branch of the Bank of Guam) and pretty much all of the stores sell hundreds of varieties of soda: Pepi; Coke; Coke Zero; Sprite; 7 Up; Mellow Yellow; Brisk; Fanta; and countless varieties of American store brand orange, grape, and cherry sodas.
But no one sells plain ol' seltzer water.
From what I have been told, they also happen to have a diabetes epidemic here.
Maybe I'll have to import a soda siphon!
