martial arts in costa rica

hi every one,i would love to make a move to costa rica and have tought grappling art seminars in tamarindo for 3 years running.my question for all who could give an opinion is ...how would a martial arts school do in costa rica as a business, where would be the best area, and any other comments on the subject.i have 41 years experience in bruce lees jeet kune do(certified rep for over a decade for the late larry hartsell/original bruce lee student)boxing, kick boxing, muay thai ,brazilion jiu jitsu, shoot wrestling, filipino martial arts, silat, various kung fu systems and more.(more info on me at my federation web site (combat4u.com)as well i have been a body guard for many celebrities and a dog trainer(obedience/protection dogs.any comments would be appreciated.i have noticed that the martial arts dont seem as popular there as north america as there does not seem to be as much need or concern for self defense training as here.what are the thoughs of the potential for a high level training academy in costa rica.
