I am a South African committed Christian expat who has been living in UAE and together with my family is relocating to Uganda in September who has a reliable Uganda partner with suitable land near Entebbe on which we have permission to build a sustainable green technology intensive tilapia tank farm. There is two fold purpose to use farm commercially and to train post graduates aquaculture. The returns are good and the long term vision is to plan for similar centers throughout Uganda.
