HELP need supplements from the US and having problems!

Hola all! :)
Hoping someone out there may be able to advise or help.
After waiting 6 weeks for a package of supplements I ordered from the US....supplements that cannot be found here....the package is being sent back to the states. Something about it being over 4kg and over $400.00. That and the fact that there was not a Doctor's certificate with it authenticating the contents. We are not sure about any of it and our interpreter read all the documents and he too was unsure of it.
Does anyone out there have experience with trying to bring it specialty supplements???? If so I would REALLY appreciate hearing from you!
