Travelling for health

I've had a chronic autoimmune disease for a decade now. Gone through every treatment available with no results. If it sticks around much longer I'm gonna have to do something drastic like removing some internal organs.

These illnesses almost don't exist before Westernization. I want to drop everything, move somewhere where people are healthy and hearty by nature, and try living like a native and hopefully resetting my whole system. I'm not well-travelled and internet articles suck so I'm wondering if anyone has suggestions for a place like that.

The lower the budget, the better
Internet helps, I can freelance for money a couple hours a week
I don't want to be swamped by people
Living on or near a beach would be incredible - but don't let that stop an interesting suggestion
Wanna be able to stay at least 3 months

(I'm 23, recent post-grad)
