remains

Hi all, my husband and I are planning to leave the US in feb of 25 and do not plan to return to the US. We are planning to visit Panama, Uruguay, Portugal and Madeira, Italy, Spain and Greece before choosing where we will live, We have a very limited budget, approx., 2500 USD per month. We have a small amount of savings but plan to spend a good portion of that during the first year of travel. My question is about death. No one likes to talk about it, but it is inevitable for us all. Can anyone give me any advice about what the regulations are regarding remains and whether or not they have to be returned to the country of origin? If so we will need to plan for that and allot the funds for that.
