Consultants working abroad, how are you handling billing?

I have my own consulting business in the US, and historically my clients have been US-based. However, I'm gaining a good reputation in Australia and plan on staying there for ~2 months at a time to keep an eye on my elderly aunt. I'm certainly open to working with Australian clients, but wondering if I should spin up an "arm" of my consulting business in Australia to make it easier for them/me. Would love to hear what others have done, thanks!
