Mindful Pilates in Bucharest

We invite you to join us for a new Mindful Pilates class, every Wednesday, at 5:00 pm, in a cozy location at Universul Studio. Starting next Wednesday, January 30th!

This class helps you to stay in physical and mental shape. The session ends with hot tea and we also keep the good vibe alive, socializing on the Pilates mat.

The class is developed for you, who want to be fit, know the benefits of meditation and want to socialize with Romanians and expats who share the same passion, a healthy lifestyle.

Mindful Pilates is a set of physical exercises beneficial for toning the body and calming the mind. It helps you improve your concentration, being mindful in every movement. The dynamic elements of Pilates blend harmoniously with Pilates Principles like centering, concentration, control, precision, flow and conscious breathing. At the end of the class, a short meditation session for beginners will allow you to connect with yourself more.

- by strengthening the muscles in a balanced way it ensures a better performance and a diminished chance of accidents

The class is held by Iulia Marin, certified Pilates Instructor at Masterclass International Association who also graduated the course of Fisio Pilates 1&2: Pelvic Girdle, Shoulder Girdle and Spine organized by Move On Fitness Education in 2017.

A session lasts 60 minutes.
The fee is 35 RON/ session

Aceast? clas? se adreseaz? celor care iubesc mi?carea, cunosc beneficiile medita?iei ?i vor s? socializeze cu români ?i expa?i care au aceea?i pasiune, un stil de via?? s?n?tos.

Mindful Pilates este un sistem de exerci?ii benefic în special pentru tonifierea corpului ?i calmarea min?ii. Se adreseaz? de asemenea ?i celor care vor s?-?i îmbun?t??easc? concentrarea, fiind nevoie de prezen?? în fiecare mi?care corporal?.
