Moving and marriage in Nanjing

Hello,

I'm new to this. New to it all. However, hoping to find help here or advice. OR someone to put me in the right direction. I live in Chicago, met a woman who was here going to school for an MBA program. She is working at a hospital for 24 years good career. We talked about me moving to Nanjing. Instead of her moving to Chicago. My plans is to move at some point in the near future. Do I need to have a job before I move there? OR can I go there on a visitors visa get married while there come back to USA and then wait for her to complete the necessary paperwork before I go back? I'm just looking for the best way to go about moving/living there long term. She is still in Chicago but going back on December 12th. Would like to have a plan of some sort. She is a Chinese citizen so I'm guessing it would be easy for me to get the necessary visa and eventually the marriage license. Get married then I can live there permanently. After I move then I can find a job. OR I can look for work while waiting. Any companies hiring expats? Thanks for all your help. Look forward to talking with you. Something that I can recommend is that in order to save money and be able to enjoy a move, it is negotiation.

There are 3 things you need to do:

1> plan enough time before your relocation to thoroughly sort out your belongings and give, sell or throw away all the ones that are not strictly necessary
