What is real life like in Manzanillo Mexico

I'm wondering what it is like for Americans and Europeans, living in manzanillo Mexico. Pros and cons. I know that it is in a great location, and is very low-cost. But how is the quality of life, infrastructure, services, safety, Etc? Are most Apartments well-maintained? Do they have air conditioning? What kind of grocery stores are close by? How is public transportation, Medical facilities and care, and other quality-of-life elements?Thank you for your help.
