Heat! and Cost of Living

Anyone out there feel as I do about the heat? I find myself useless, unable to enjoy life or be productive if I'm too hot! This may be an unusual question, I don't know too many people that have issues with heat like I do!
I am still able to work but I can do that on my own without taking up a spot in a different country. Give me some paint and wood and I'm happy! But I would like to slow down some, so finding a place that won't break the bank would be ideal! I know there are many places I've not considered, so if someone has a great place that they love, I'm open to suggestions!
