"Kosovo is a small, landlocked country in the Balkans, bordered by Serbia, Montenegro, Albania, and North Macedonia. It is a predominantly Muslim country, with a majority of the population identifying as Albanian. The official language is Albanian, but Serbian is also widely spoken. The currency is the Euro, and the cost of living is relatively low. Expats should be aware that Kosovo is still a developing country, and infrastructure and services may not be as advanced as in other parts of Europe. It is important to research the local laws and customs before moving to Kosovo, as there may be restrictions on certain activities. Additionally, expats should ensure they have the necessary visas and permits before travelling to Kosovo," said one expat who made the move to Kosovo.
