"Before moving to Micronesia, expats should be aware that the country is made up of over 600 islands, and the main language spoken is English. Expats should also be aware that the cost of living in Micronesia is relatively high, and that the climate is tropical and humid. Additionally, expats should be aware that the healthcare system in Micronesia is not as developed as in other countries, and that medical insurance is recommended. Finally, expats should be aware that the culture in Micronesia is very diverse, and that there are many different customs and traditions to be aware of," replied a member in Micronesia.
