Summary: The cost of living in Belarus is generally quite affordable. A nice one bedroom apartment in Belarus can cost anywhere from $200 to $400 per month, while a nice two bedroom apartment can cost from $300 to $600 per month. A dinner at a moderately priced restaurant in Belarus can cost anywhere from $10 to $20 per person.

Groceries, transportation, and utilities are all relatively inexpensive, while rent and dining out can be slightly more expensive. Prices for consumer goods and services are generally lower than in Western Europe, making Belarus an attractive destination for budget travelers," explained one expat.
