"The cost of housing in Phuket can vary greatly depending on the location and type of accommodation. Generally, the average cost of a one-bedroom apartment in the city centre is around 15,000-20,000 baht per month, while a two-bedroom apartment can cost around 25,000-30,000 baht per month. Outside of the city centre, the cost of housing can be significantly lower, with one-bedroom apartments costing around 10,000-15,000 baht per month and two-bedroom apartments costing around 20,000-25,000 baht per month," remarked another expat who made the move to Phuket, Thailand.
"Much lower of course! But I do deal with funky factors, not so clean, not so airtight and not so functional," explained one expat living in Phuket, Thailand.
