When we asked people what advice they would give someone preparing to move to Spain, they said...

"It is important for expats to do their research before moving to Spain to understand the laws, culture, and local customs. Expats should familiarise themselves with the language and exchange their currency for the local euro. They should also make sure they are aware of the taxation requirements in Spain and arrange for health insurance before their move. It is also advisable to obtain a passport and visa to enter the country. Additionally, expats should take time to learn local cuisines and explore the available recreational activities in their area," commented one expat who made the move to Spain.
