My blog focuses on many aspect of being intentional about our daily lives. In the book Living Intentionally I focus on intentionallity as the root of all our successess, Most often we just follow the collective thought without being individually intentional. In this troubled world, we must be intentionally loving, compassionate, empathetic, serving; intentional with our words and particullarly intention about our health.
