Wifi in airport / taxi or uber from airport?

In 2 days I arrive in Guatemala City around 11 pm. My biggest concern is my phone not working when I arrive and not being to get and uber or talk with Airbnb host. I don't mind using roaming charges from the US but I've heard of my plan not working outside Us, Canada and Mexico. I unlocked my phone but don't have a new SIM card. I have a few questions.
Has anyone experience this with at&t services?
Is there wifi in the airport I can use after I arrive?
Worst case if my phone doesnt work, is it possible to catch a taxi outside the airport to Antigua? Any recommendations are helpful! Thanks!
