Where can we do everything we enjoy?

We love both the peace and quiet of a small town and the glamour and attractions of a major city. I love golfing. fitness, boating, gardening, working with entrepreneurs and my wife loves reading, museums, opera and classical music, the Catholic church. She is fluent in French. I love Italy, Sicily, Malta.

I hate bureaucracy and taxes and thrive on independence.
