Describe your group.

These are free, one-time support groups that are open to any and all. If you're feeling stressed out by the holidays, lonely and isolated from being far away from friends and family or struggling with sad feelings from past traumas or difficulties, this is a place to come together with others to give and get support. Refreshments will be served. The facilitator of the groups is Susan Epstein, CSW, a psychotherapist in private practice.

What is unique about your organization?

Psychodrama techniques as well as group psychotherapy techniques will be used, however, no therapy experience is necessary to join the group process.

How often does your group meet?

There will be three separate groups offered and people may come to one, two or all three sessions.

All groups will be held at 19 W. 34th Street (between 5th and 6th; near Herald Square). The dates and times are:

Thursday, December 18th from 7:30 pm - 9 pm (Room 1118) Tuesday, December 23rd from 6 pm - 7:30 pm (Room 809B) Monday, December 29th from 6 pm - 7:30 pm (Room 1119)
