Exploratory Visit/Housing

Hello,

My name is Marc. I am planning a trip to CR in the next 4 weeks and I would like some suggestions about where to stay in the Santa Ana or Escazu area or somewhere close. I do not want to stay in the big hotels, but maybe an extended stay or something like that. I plan on renting a car and staying for two weeks to get a feel for the country, people etc. Thanks for the help.
