Finding a place to rent near San Jose airport

My family is going to be heading to CR in August. We need to find a place that will accommodate us...2 parents and 5 kids.

Everywhere we look online, it's obviously targeting short term vacationers. We did find an ad on CR Craigslist (https://miparaisoescondido.com/Home_Page.html), but aren't sure if this person is legit or not.

Anyone know a reliable place we can turn for info? What should we expect for a 3-6 month lease for a 4 bedroom/2 bath home that's furnished? We'd like to have something in mind before arriving.
