Looking to rent a place flamingo beach or 6 to 12 months

Hi,
We live in Vancouver Canada and we moving to Cista Rica August/ sept. For six to 12 months. My husband is a commercial helicopter pilot, we are home owners in north Vancouver and he is builder. Our children will be attending la Paz school. We are looking for a three or four bedroom rental at a discount rate in exchange for work or renos needed. Must be in a safe area and close to la Paz school. Any leads appreciated:) Anywhere from 1 month to 12 months:)
