Purchase liquor store in San Jose

Hello Friends!

A friend and I are seriously looking to purchase a liquor store business in San Jose area. If the purchase goes thru, I would be moving there to run the business. I've been to CR once and it this past March '12.

For those Friends that are living in the San Jose area, do you have any insight on how the liquor business functions in CR?
